Individual Counseling
What it is:
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that helps you explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships in a new light. Together, we work to gain insight, solve problems, and support meaningful growth.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
Typically, we meet one on one for 60 minutes every week and focus this time on learning new skills. Each session is unique and specifically tailored to meet your needs at that time.
