What it is:

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that helps you explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships in a new light. Together, we work to gain insight, solve problems, and support meaningful personal growth.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):

Typically, we meet one on one for 60 minutes every week and focus this time on learning new skills. Each session is unique and looks differently but here is a basic outline of the skills we may learn:
